Nick joined the firm after working several years with a D.C. law firm, where he developed a strong foundation in law firm operations, regulatory compliance, and complex legal documentation. He assisted with the review and analysis of outside counsel guidelines, in addition to supporting attorneys in both billing compliance and intellectual property matters.
Nick earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he completed the Business Law Track and developed a strong academic foundation in business organizations, taxation, accounting, and finance.
As a lifelong resident of the area and now residing in Annapolis, Nick enjoys golfing, rock climbing, and attending Orioles games.
