ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Gallagher Elden Law, a law practice in Annapolis, Maryland providing corporate and real estate litigation, is seeking a Corporate and Transactional Attorney with 2+ years of experience.

The practice handles corporate law, banking, commercial and civil litigation, real estate transactions, construction disputes, employment law, estate planning and administration, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, non-profit organizations, intellectual property/trademarks, and business succession planning.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of private practice transactional or relevant corporate in-house experience, as well as some related experience with employment, estates and tax matters. Portable business is a plus but not required. The position involves direct client interaction, so clear, concise and professional communication is required.

Desired Degree, Skills and Expertise:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed with the Maryland bar
