Associate Attorney

Pay: $95,000.00 + per year, depending on experience

Gallagher Elden Law is a boutique a law firm located in Annapolis, Maryland. GE Law is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience.

GE Law provides a variety of services to its clients, to include corporate law, banking, commercial and civil litigation, real estate transactions, construction disputes, employment law, estate planning and administration, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, non-profit organizations, intellectual property/trademarks, and business succession planning.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of law firm experience. The candidate can expect to work on a variety of matters, ranging from transactional work to civil litigation. The position involves direct client interaction, so clear, concise, and professional communication is required, as is the ability to write in clear and understandable terms. Experience in trusts and estates, as well as some portable practice, is a bonus.

Desired Degree, Skills and Expertise:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed with the Maryland bar
• Strong research and writing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and in person communication
